Steve is the Founder and a Managing Partner of The Hardwick Group. He is a passionate advocate for his clients in their quest to add top-tier talent to their organizations.  He seeks the outliers, asks the tough questions and challenges both the candidates and the clients he engages.  Time is his most precious asset and he invests it with organizations and people that are making a difference in the banking industry today through their performance and their professionalism.  Before beginning his career as an executive recruiter, Steve excelled in several sales, management and consulting roles.  He graduated from Ithaca College with a B.S. in Finance and is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Ridge and Valley Charter School.   

Anna Andrasek, Managing Partner

Anna is a Managing Partner of The Hardwick Group.  She serves as the chief strategist on client searches and has over 15 years of experience recruiting specifically for the banking industry.  Her vast experience and understanding of the human capital side of banking makes her a "magnet for top talent" according to industry insiders.  Hiring leaders seek out Anna’s input on trends and market intelligence before they deploy their talent acquisition strategies.  Anna earned a B.S. from the Boston University College of Communication and graduated Summa Cum Laude.  Which also means she’s wicked ‘smaht’.
